My home for the next two days was a traditional Keralan houseboat, its wooden hull adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant colors. As I settled into my cozy cabin, the gentle lapping of the water against the hull lulled me into a state of relaxation. The food was served very fresh and I also took a part of cooking with the chef there to understand the origin and authenticity of the home style food cooking. The care for the food and pleasure to serve the guest.
